Out Of Time

I’ve never felt so sober
I’ve never felt the low that I feel tonight
Your words made everything drag on and on
I think I finally found her,
and when I did I just couldn’t make things right
Is this really happening
Oh God I think I just ruined my life

What the f*** am I doing?
I can’t tell the difference from wrong and right
I second guess my decisions
Cause I haven’t been this person in my whole life
I think I need something new here
When I keep longing for what I had
No need for second opinions
I do the best I can to ruin what I have
Come on

Don’t think you’ve got to go in alone here
I’ve got nothing left to hide
You've got time, just make up your mind

I thought this was what you wanted
Someone who gets everything right (Gets everything right)
I thought this was what you wanted
Someone to put you first in their life
Cause we’re running out of time

Let's have three cheers for the new year
(Hey, hey, hey)
Here's to hoping it's not as bad
This wasn't part of my vision
The optimist in me swore we could make this last, but no
You ruined my favorite records
I listen to them and think of you
I just hope you remember
All of the countless times that I believed in you, for what

Don’t think you’ve got to go in alone here
I’ve got nothing left to hide
You've got time, just make up your mind

I thought this was what you wanted
Someone who gets everything right (Gets everything right)
I thought this was what you wanted
Someone to put you first in their life
Cause we’re running out of time

Just know that it kills me
When I hear anything to do with you
If you don't see it, just believe me
I need to be right where you are
You know that I’m leaving, leaving
And you won't hear until a year from now
But this kills me
Cause now I hate that everything's, everything's about you

I thought this was what you wanted
Someone who gets everything right (Gets everything right)
I thought this was what you wanted
Someone to put you first in their life
Cause we’re running out of time

Don’t think you’ve got to go in alone here
I’ve got nothing left to hide
You've got time, just make up your mind

Say This Sooner

Oh crap.
It's Wednesday.
And some of you out there are probably expecting
some purdy good indie tunes, correct?
Welp, sorry folks!
I have not listened to anything besides some good ol' metal in about 3 weeks.
Maybe the whole indie music thing was just a phase?
I honestly don't know.
I have random music obsessions.

Anyway, I decided that for now I shall post some metal thats for some of you softies out there.
Or maybe theres some of you that like the idea of metal, just can't exactly handle the
screaming just yet.
Well, thats now what Wednesday's are for!
I will be posting three songs every Wednesday that are, yes metal, but are just a bit softer
than the usual shizz.
So here are some tunes that might just let you warm up to some super brutal stuff. (:

Song For The Broken by Close Your Eyes

Giants Among Common Men by Jamie's Elsewhere

You Be Tails, I'll Be Sonic by A Day To Remember

Don't Fail Me Darko

So I thought it's probably time to post my Top Ten Favorite Bands.
Buuuut, don't worry, I shall post my Top Ten Non-Metal bands on Wednesday.
Just to be fair.
1. August Burns Red
Great guys, with amazing talent.
Sometimes I don't think people realize how great they are.
The love needs to spread people!

2. MyChildren MyBride
Seeing them live will change your life.
Seriously.

3. The Devil Wears Prada
This band has never let me down.
Mike Hranica is my hero.
I want to marry him. (:
Haha, I'm completely serious!
Probably at the top of my wish list of bands
that I want to see live.

4. The Crimson Armada
This band is so under-rated its ridiculous.
Again, the love people, start spreadin'!

5. Here Comes The Kraken
I just recently found this band.
But they're so amazing, that they have made it to my
top ten.
Probably the fastest double-bass I have ever
heard in The Legend Of The Rent Is Way Hardcore.

6. Norma Jean
Bless The Martyr Kiss The Child album.
Nuff' said.

7. A Day To Remember
I love them.
Those are the only words I can use
to describe them.

8. Agraceful
First band I've listened to, where
the clean vocalist has an amazing voice,
without sounding like a chick.
(Skylit Drive, blessthefall.
I mean, I love em, but c'mon.
They sound like fags sometimes.)

9. Impending Doom
How could they NOT be on this list?

10. Chiodos
First band that has changed their lead singer
and still have impressed me.

Please comment, Tweet or email me with your Top Ten!
I wanna know!

Gone Fishing, See You in a Year

Ello chumps!

So I was thinking, maybe last post was just a bit too heavy for a start. I mean it was my very first post. I was supossed to try NOT to scare everyone away. Buuut no, I went ahead and I posted Here Comes The Kraken.
I got wayyy ahead of myself.
My apologies.
So this post is for a balance. Today, I'm gonna show y'all some good ol' Post-Hardcore.
*Cheers*
And most of the bands I will be showing you today, are yes, considered "Scene Kid Metal" or "Emocore" (gay labels), but just because Scene kids listen to it, doesn't mean its horrible. Well. Maybe if your talking about, Black Veil Brides or Vampires Everywhere... But I'm not going to show you depressing crap like that. No, what I'm going to show you some bands that have a heavy side yes, but also, lets you sing along to the clean vocals. Because hey, I'm a 16 year old girl. Of course I like to sing along to stuff every once and a while.

*WARNING* A couple of these bands wear SUPER tight pants, eyeliner, and make their hair look ridiculous, BUT, I would not put anything on here that sucks.

Well, here goes nothing! :D Enjoy.

Caraphernelia by Pierce The Veil ft. Jeremy Mckinnon of A Day To Remember
Also, check out Chemical Kids and Mechanical Brides
(Oh, and I have to say, I'm very impressed with the lead singer of this band, Vic, he screams, does the clean vocals and plays the lead guitar.)

Abigail by Motionless In White
Also, check out Billy in 4C Never Saw It Coming

I'm Made Of Wax Larry, What Are You Made Of? By A Day To Remember
Ft. Mike Hranica (!!!!) of The Devil Wears Prada
Also, check out The Downfall Of Us All

The Road to Hell Is Paved With Good Intentions by In Fear In Faith ft. Craig Owens of D.R.U.G.S (Former member of Chiodos)
Also check out, Live Love Die

Song For The Broken by Close Your Eyes
Also check out, The Body.

Okay, last one.
Whats Left Of Me by blessthefall
Also, check out God Wears Gucci

The End. :D But I am listening to the newest Norma Jean album Meridional right now, sooo be expecting a very nice review for that soon.

'Till tomorrow, all my love,
ABIGAILE.

PS. I LOVE me some suggestions, so you gotta band that you want me to check out?? Well go right ahead. And maybe, if I like them enough, I'll post one of their songs. :D

Also, dont forget to check out other bands that I loveee to listen to on my MUSIC page.
